I was woken up this morning at 4:50 a.m. by my phone ringing...totally disoriented I answered it, it was kroger calling me in cause Shae called in (surprise, surprise). After figuring out what day it was and what time it really was I got up and headed in to work. Worked 5:45 a.m. to 1 p.m. there then headed down to Al Serra and worked 1:30 p.m. to 7 p.m...So needless to say it's been a very long day! I'm exhausted, sore and ready to just head to bed.
P.S. My taxes need to be in my checking account like now!! I'm getting very impatient.

Don't know when my next day off will be...
Had my first whip cream explode in my face today. Luckily no one was there to witness what had happened or else I would never have lived it down. I really need to go to bed have to work really early in the morning but I'm not really tired yet. Should probably go try anyways tomorrow is going to be a looong day.

Went to the doctors yesterday...it went really well. I really like my new doctor a lot, she's really about whatever I want to do. So I'm doing good with the not smoking, not gonna lie I cheated once but honestly it did nothing for me and taste like crap. I'm pretty sure that I done for good with smoking. My doctor also put me on Adipex to help me lose weight. I started it today...We'll see and hope it helps me. I ready to change.

Well off to get ready for work now.

Today was a bad day from the start.
I'm sure a couple of people are a little upset with me right now. I'm just tired and just exhausted.
I'm taking a nap...then maybe a movie or guitar hero after.

So I have already got one thing down on my list....the next is losing weight. I go to the doctor on Tuesday and I hope to talk to her about getting some help with it since I have quit smoking. I just need a little help since I'm constintly on the go with two jobs.  So hopefully I can cross off the next thing...

Thursday I was over at Katie's and since Grey's was a re-run the girls decided to play Disney scene it (yes we are dorks and we know it) but it made me remember some movies that I grew up on that I had forgotten about. So my goal is to watch Thumbeline, The Page Master, Ferngully, Fievel: An American Tale and Oliver and Company (which comes out on dvd on tuesday!!!).  What can I say I'm a kid at heart.

Well its getting late and I should really go to bed now.

I made the first step today.
I'm so sick of the way I've been feeling about myself lately. So I made a doctors appointment and went in and talked with her...
a.) I want to get help to quit smoking.
I have tried in the past and done it for awhile but then I gain weight or something stresses me out and start right back up. If I can get help stopping and not gain weight (even better lose it) I'm going to do it. Plus it is far to expense to smoke, I would have so much more money if I just didn't anymore.
b.) I need help losing weight.
Ever since I start at my current job I have done nothing but gained weight for the past always year. I'm sick of feeling the way I do about my looks. I just need a little help to motivate me in the right direction. I want to feel good about myself and be happy.
...So I go back in the beginning of November and we'll see what plan she has for me.

Hopefully I don't kill someone in the process of not smoking lol.


Well off to clean and read. Just spending a relaxing night at home locked away in my bedroom with cleaning supplies and Edward.

Things have been different lately.
Not in a bad way either. It is a little sad that it took something like this to get us to become close again...but in the end I'm really glad it did. We had become weekend friends but now we're kinda inseparable lately...

Me and Ash made dinner together last night, some beef stroganoff with wine. It was good! Then Andrea and Sarah came over, we had a little hair dye party then watched 3 Ninjas. Yea that's right, I had forgotten how great that movie was.
...tonight is the bar with the girls and Sunday pj's, junk food and another movie with the girls.

The rest of the weekend has been all about me and my support system. I just want to say I would be lost without my best friends...most people have one best friend but I have about five. They have really helped me keep my mind off of things :)

Yesterday they were all over and we watched Stardust (which btw was an awesome movie) and almost right after we lost power. So instead of them all leaving me in the dark and going home we light up some and continued to have fun. We played cards, apples to apples and dirty minds with junk food and ice cream. I realized sometimes it's fun to go without modern technology and go back to the board games.

Now I'm home from work with the horrible cold so I'm off to drink some cough syrup and take a nap.

It's been a very long time since I've even used lj but I have the sudden urge to (well also it was brought up while talking with the sister).

Today was one of the hardest days for me...
My sisters dream became a reality and she flew off to Scotland for school. I can't even begin to explain how proud I am of her for making her dream a reality. I wish I had the guts to travel across the country and go to school. She worked very hard to get what she wanted and got it. She is the bravest/smartest/most driven person I know and I envy her for it. I know she will do so great over there, meet tons of new people, soak up the culture and live in the moment.
...
Here's the hard part, I'm going to miss my little sister/best friend. Home is never going to be the same without her here. I'm going to miss everything about her in every way, even the things that drive me crazy. I know me and her haven't always been close but I feel over the past couple of years our friendship has really blossomed. She'll always be there she's family (she really has no choice) but the distance makes it hard. It's hard knowing I won't see her for who knows how long...
I guess this just means I'm going to have to work extra hard to save money and make trips out to Scotland to bug her lol.

So it's been a little while since I've wrote in here...
Not to much excited has been happening.

But...
Thursday marked two months for me and Nic :)

Today I went to the Tigers game with Connors, Ash and Tosha. It was so much fun even thought we lost 10-2. It seems that the bad parts of the trip actually made it fun...Connors tire went flat (some nice guy informed us on the expressway), we missed going to the mexican restaurant and went to popeyes instead where we were the only white people in there and I biffed it walking up the stairs when we were leaving (cause I was tipsy and not paying attention).

Starting Sunday I go on a week long vacation away from Kroger!!
The best part is Incubus on Thursday, Warped Tour on Friday and a wedding (w/ open bar) on Saturday. I can't wait!!!

This weekend had been nothing but amazing.

It started out on Thursday actually...Andi and I made the hour and 45 minute trip to Grand Rapids to see Senses Fail at The Intersection. We got there pretty early so we were really close in line. When the doors opened we got right up on the barriers. Senses Fail was amazing of course! The bass player mike made four attempts to throw something to me but failed :( but it was ok cause he looked at me and each time it went to short or to far he gave me an "im sorry I was trying" look. It was a high point for me.

So on Friday it was Ashley's 21st birthday. We took her out to Bottoms Up in Holly and had a really good turn out. We got her nice and toasted and she had a blast! Then Nic walked in with a sweatshirt from the concert I was supposed to go to with him (I didn't realized the date and had to be with ash of course). Not only did he buy me that but he managed to chase the band down and get each band member to sign it for me :) he is amazing!

On Saturday we headed out to Canada with a group of people. Besides the little fight and stupid ass sluts dancing on the bar in skirts (I hate girls like that!!!) it ended up being fun. After last call we got some good food and me, Nic, Bri-bri and Nelly head to the playground for a little more drinking and fun.

Sunday I rode home with Nelly and Brian, ate Qdoba's and didn't feel so great afterwords. But I did manage to clean (I mean clean) my room and get all my laundry done.

So it was a pretty kick ass weekend. Hopefully next weekend will be just as great cause it's my birthday and all :)

The Honda Civic Tour was amazing! The Academy Is... was the best part (well for me anyways)!!!!

I just got home from Caseville today. Nic and I met Katie and Dale up there for a day of camping. It was really nice out at first...around 10 p.m. it started raining. But before that we were drinking, cooking hot dogs and went to the beach. My stupid drunken ass thought it was a good idea to actually get in the water...yea the rest of the night I was soaked. It ended up being a fun little trip away from home even if it was only a day but I loved it!

I'm a little soar from sleeping on the ground but i'll get over it.

he had the body shop "surprise" me and fix all the dents on my car, so my car is now like brand new! It's so great having a car that looks good again. :)

Today was one of the worst days at work in a really long time. I don't like I've ran around in circle more in my life. Very stressful!
